Hey You!

We recently relocated to Minnesota in July 2023, (I am a native sunny Southern Californian) with my husband (resident techie, originally a Midwesterner), son (film-maker extraordinaire, originally a Northwestern native), one rescue puppy, and two rescue kittens.

When not working (yes, still in residential development), I can be found in my “crawfice” (craft-office) creating scrapbooks, cards and 3D gifts, or in our yard puttering away the hours with any bloom or foliage I can find!

In addition to scrapbooking, paper art & crafts, and gardening, I love to watercolor, make jewelry for loved ones, explore old homes, collect antiques (some hording has occurred), discover botanical gardens & museums, and dabbling in home remodeling.

Starting June 3, 2020 was my second time as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, having had a thriving business about 20+ years ago… but changing states can put a hick-up in a business when it started before social media.

I hope that Wild Violet Art will inspire you to create as I showcase the amazing things Stampin’ Up! comes up with. There is so much we can do with Stampin’ Up!’s wonderful product. Once in a while I will throw in my personal thoughts and photos of our life, this Wild Violet Art venture and our everyday adventures!

More about Angela - I have been a blossoming artist and mixed media creator from childhood. Since discovering Stampin’ Up! and perennials in the mid 90’s, I have loved to create cards, 3D projects, scrapbooks, and flower gardening (yes, having grown up in the high desert, it took until I was an adult to find that flowers did not consist of just the rare cactus bloom, petunias, pansies, and dandelions). I have been in residential development & engineering forever (a girl needs to pay the bills), but decided I would dabble again in Stampin’ Up! as a Demonstrator. I love to teach others that creating is something everyone can do, and Stampin’ Up! makes creating easy! Contact me by e-mail: angela@wildvioletsart.com. I would love to hear from you!
