Quiet Meadow Bundle

Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “Many eyes go through the meadow, but few see the flowers in it.” See whimsical wildflowers, fluttering butterflies, pretty plants, and more with the beautiful Quiet Meadow Bundle! The delicate petals, lovely leaves and intricate details of the Quiet Meadow Stamps Set & Meadow Dies are stunning as a simple card or a more intricate design card or art piece.

Meadow Floral card

This sweet little card features the Meadow Dies and the Shimmer Vellum CS in the new 2021-23 In Colors. The foliage & stems were cut using the Soft Succulent Shimmer Vellum CS, and then the petals are made from scraps of the Vellum CS, Polished Pink Blends with rubbing alcohol (91%) (Stampin’ Blends Vellum technique) to obtain the variegated subtle pink petals. I added a little Wink of Stella on the petals to get them to shimmer like the Shimmer Vellum CS. This was all layered on Basic White CS (4”x5-1/4”, embossed with the Tasteful Textile EF, then splattered with the Soft Succulent Blend pen. I distressed the edges a little, then

layered it on a sheet of Soft Succulent CS (4-1/8”x5-3/8”), and the card base is Evening Evergreen CS. The center of the flowers have the In Color Jewels and then a bow with the Evening Evergreen 3/8” Open Weave ribbon. I did not add a greeting because this card is just lovely as is! …more pics below…

You’re too kind card

This lovely card has a mix of techniques, but the simple silhouette of the sweet flowers is so pretty. For the colored layer, I used the Stampin’ Blends Vellum technique mentioned above that I cased from YouTube (I used Vellum CS, Soft Succulent, Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia Blends, and 91% alcohol, mounted on Basic White CS with Adhesive Sheets). Where the color collected, I used Multipurpose Glue to adhere the Gilded Leafing flakes in a vein design. I wait until the glue is mostly dry and added the leafing (brush off excess leafing). I then die cut the sheet with the Scalloped Contours Dies and used a slightly larger Basic Black CS layer to pop it up with dimensionals. For the butterflies, I

used Basic White CS with Adhesive Sheets, then dip the piece in the Gilded Leafing and brushing off the excess. I use the gilded sheets to die cut with the adorable butterflies, popping them up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The verse and the label are both from the Quiet Meadow Bundle, popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals. …more pics below…

Love card

For this stunning card, I combined the Shimmer Vellum CS with the Gilded Leafing. I used the larges of the Scalloped Contours Dies and one of the Meadow Dies together on a 4-1/4”x5-1/2” piece of Basic Black CS, as I wanted a window for the Gilded Leaf background to pop through. For the Gilded Leaf background, I used a piece of Basic White CS 4”x6” completely covered with Adhesive Sheet, dipped it in Gilded Leafing (brushing off excess), and cutting it down to 4”x5-1/4”, leaving the excess for the butterfly and stem from the Meadow Dies. For the foliage, I used the Soft Succulent and Pale Papaya Shimmer Vellum CS. Where the stem overlaps, I added a Pale Papaya 3/8” Open Weave ribbon and the Genial Gems as embellishments. All of this was placed on a Soft Succulent card base. …more pics below…
