Scrapbook Layout

I loved creating a scrapbook layout from The Best There Is Paper Pumpkin Kit for my last week Fri-Yay Kit-Together Facebook Live! I have been saving all the pics of my husband and I in his favorite cowboy hats over the years. I just love this man and all he has added to my life.

I used the Country Woods DSP for the 12”x12” bases and stamped the trees from the kit in Early Espresso Ink along the base of both, stamping full strength, then stamping again with the faded remaining ink. I then tore strips of DSP for both ends to frame my layout. I then cut the card bases in half and used the dark wood and dark blue distressed painted card bases for framing two of my 3-3/4”x5” photos. video with how-to below…

With one of the card bases closely matching the scrapbook base, I used more of my Country Woods DSP to frame my photos. I then added a few more Country Wood scraps to make banner flags for both sides and called it a day!

I then layered the panels and sentiments from the kit, letting them take some of the spots instead of photos. The cards are so beautiful, I let them be focal points.
