It’s that time of year that I really crave the sweet fruit of summer, and watermelon is a favorite! If I cannot have any, I can make it, right?

Measurements and supplies for this A2 card is Basic White Thick CS (5-1/2”x4-1/4”), Tahitian Tide CS (5”x3-3/4”); Basic Black CS (4-7/8”x3-5/8”); Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper (4-3/4”x3-1/2”), and watercolor paper scraps for melons and leaves. I used Tahitian Tide, Garden Green and Sweet Sorbet Classic Ink pads, along with Memento Black Ink for the sentiment and seeds. The ribbon is Balmy Blue & White 3/8” double Stitched Ribbon (6” for card front & 10” for bow). Sentiment is from Bee My Valentine stamp set, and the shiny red heart is from the Adhesive-Backed Hearts & Flowers! Too cute!
