Grace’s Garden & Garden Gateway Dies (RETIRED)
Who loved coloring as a child… or even as an adult with all those adult coloring books! I’ve been itching to get to my (never used) Stampin’ Up!’s Grace’s Garden and Garden Gateway Dies. I got some of these ideas from others, but used the new “In Good Taste DSP” (Designer Series Paper) stacked marble sheet for that secret garden feeling. They all turned out happy and remind me of my flower garden in spring! This is really just coloring and using the dies to cut out each image to be applied as you desire! Enjoy!

CS: Whisper White (Thick), In Good Taste DSP & water color paper; Ink: Smoky Slate, Basic Gray, Balmy Blue, Mint Macaroon, Soft Sea Foam, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Blushing Bride & Melon Mango mixed to use with blender pen for roses, Petal Pink, & Melon Mango pads, re-inkers and markers (no blends pens). For the watercolored background, I used Balmy Blue, Smoky Slate and Soft Sea Foam with the water painters.

Secret Garden Gate
This little card was made with the same elements as above, but used the gate closed on the inside back and a different verse. Hello again…
This simple card utilized the Grace’s Garden dies for the gate, foliage and the blossoms. The smaller blossom was a retired punch, but the new Confetti Flowers Boarder punch would work even better (See my Field of Flowers 3D video below). The card base is the Heavy Whisper White, and the lighter for the front. I also used Pear Pizazz and Melon Mambo (photo makes it look red), but you could use any blossom color you want. I threaded the green foliage through the gate to make it look like what roses do. The greeting is in Melon Mambo ink.
