Heirloom Arrangements Kit and Botanical Textures Suite

You are seriously…

On my Friday Scrapbooking & Scripture FB Live, I spent the morning showing the NEW ONLINE EXCLUSIVE Botanical Textures Suite Collection and the Heirloom Arrangements Kit! If you love anything botanical, natural and heirloom, you will love what can be done with scrapbooking by mixing these two stunning elements!! I used some of both suite and kit to make a stunning two-page scrapbook layout!

The Heirloom Arrangements Kit makes 8 beautiful and unique cards with enough ephemera to make twice as many cards or as I show here, to create scrumptious scrapbook layouts. The ephemera includes vellum pieces that take your designs to the next level, with lots of thankfulness sentiments.

The organic textures and natural elements in the Botanical Textures Suite Collection has a neutral color palette to allow the botanical textures to be the star of the show. The textured stamps add subtle sophistication to your card making designs and the Textured Notes dies make perfect backgrounds for cards or scrapbooking spreads. I used one of the sheets of Woven Textures DSP for this scrapbook layout! I plan to use this suite more in the future, so stay tuned.

A perfect DAY

There is so much I love about this layout. I started with the Elements of Text stamp set in Pecan Pie ink to create the archival feel that goes with the amazing cards from the Heirloom Arrangements Kit. I then used a blending brush to distress the edges and in around where the photos would be placed. I took two of the kit cards and the inside of the envelope, then die cut about 2 to 5 pieces each using the Textured Notes dies. I love the pretty edge design of these stunning dies!!

I then then laid them out as background elements for my photos. I layered my 3-1/2”x5” photo on a 3-3/4”x5-1/4” piece of White Willow Cardstock. Then I started layering some of the Heirloom Arrangements Kit elements to fill out the design of my layout. I love the free form feel of the whole 2-page scrapbook layout.

For my title, I used the retired Sale-a-bration Documenting the Day stamp set and the word “together” from Everyday You & Me stamp set. I also loved adding the sentiment from the Textured Notes stamp set on White Willow Cardstock with Pecan Pie ink. Just yummy!!
