Peony Garden chocolate nugget gifts
Hi crafters! Who doesn’t love getting chocolate gifts! For my first stamp camp in June, I CASE’d the elements to create these simple little chocolate gifts for all my attendees. They are really simple to use and have an elegant flair just because the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! is just stunning, and by adding just a quarter of one of the gorgeous Square Vellum Doilies, Shimmer Ribbon, and the Elegant Faceted Gems, you get beautiful results! I used a retired tag topper, but any 2” wide Tag Topper will work to get lovely results. for the larger ones, I used a 2”x5” piece of the DSP, gently put ends together (do not fold in half) to punch both ends at the same time in the tag topper. I cut the doilies in 1/4 so they fit accross the 2” width, and one of the holes in the doily worked really well to slip the ribbon through. Before closing them up, I used 1”x3” slips of DSP to cover two each of Hershey Chocolate Nuggets to next inside. I glued the bottoms down with Stampin’ Seal to keep them in place until the recipients wanted to dig in! For the little Thank You verse (from a retired set called Express Yourself), I used scrap pieces of Shimmery White cardstock, Gray Granite ink pad, the Elegant Faceted Gems, and the Shimmer Ribbon to top it off. I and my guests just loved the results (visually and their taste buds).
