Daisy Daydream Paper Pumpkin Scrapbooking Layout
HELLO Spring
This layout was so easy to create, and the result was this lovely scrapbook page with the DAISY DAYDREAM March 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit! I am so glad I purchased more than one kit this month as this kit is FABULOUS!! Look at all those cheerful daisies framing my adorable granddaughter! Yes, I was flying by the seat of my pants this morning, having never used the stamps before, but still… I am just in awe of how this gorgeous kit just makes my last minute layout design just perfect!!
I started with a 12x12 sheet of White Willow Cardstock and using the kit stamp and the Daffodil Delight ink (stamped off), added the honeycomb in the four corners, around the photo, and in the middle of each side. I then used a Blending Brush and added more Daffodil Delight ink around the photo frame and in the corners.
I used one of the sweet kit envelopes in blue, cut it apart and added it under my page, tearing away the White Willow cardstock so the adorable daisies peak out from behind.
I used one of the kit cards in blue as my layer closest to the base and stamped Lost Lagoon ink (stamped off) with more of the honeycomb stamp around the edges. I then used one of the lighter envelopes with honeycomb and a bee, cut it apart and made a 4-3/4”x7-1/4” layer. Using part of another blue kit card base, I cut it to 4”x5-1/2” to fit under my 3-1/2”x5” photo. I first stamped around the edges in Lost Lagoon ink with the honeycomb outline.
Once all those were in place, I stamped some of the sentiments from the kit on some White Willow scraps in Lost Lagoon ink and envelope scraps for my layout.
After I had the major parts in place, I used the Storybook Life Stamp Set to add “Hello Spring” in the top left using Lost Lagoon ink. I then added some of the kit daisies, iridescent honeycomb and bee around the frames, cutting one of the daisy swags into 3 parts.
