A brief note…
I want to say thank you so much for your patience over the last 30 plus days. My husband’s daughter Christina passed away suddenly while at home on July 3, 2024 with a fatal heart issue that stopped our worlds. The grief has come in roaring tides and wanes as it desires, catching us all off guard and unprepared. Of course leaving behind her beautiful family and as you would understand, all their needs come first. As a result, I am suspending my monthly classes for present, but will continue to do my Monday and Friday FB Lives and catch up on blogging my projects as I am able. Again, thank you for your patience as we wade through our new heartbreak.
Once I feel I am able, I will post a blog about her amazing heart for God and grace filled impact.

For my June 28, 2024 Fri-Yay Kit-Together, I was playing with the beautiful Thoughtful Journey Memories & More Card Pack and the Thoughtful Journey Suite Collection. The gorgeous watercolored images on the card pack and DSP are some of my favorite for the year! The card packs have pre-printed sentiments to go with the beautiful imagery and make for amazing cards! They also make wonderful scrapbooking additions.
One of my favorite things to do with the Memories & More Card Pack is pair it with the Assorted Memories & More Cards & Envelopes. It is the easiest way to make great cards with little or no effort! The Assorted Memories & More Cards & Envelopes come in a pack of 40 (20 each of both sizes). The largest card is 6-1/4”x4-1/4” (a great size). The small 3-1/4”x4-1/4” card makes a great little note card that can be hand delivered with a gift.
The preprinted sentiments are beautiful and all I added was a little bit of sprig and the Adhesive Backed Pearl Trio. For the envelopes, I added a little matching DSP. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!!
For this fun scrapbook layout of me and my high school friends, I used Basic White 12”x12” CS. I used two 6”x6” DSP pieces, two each of 3”x4” and 6”x4” Thoughtful Journey Memories & More Card Pack. Photos shown are 3-1/2”x5”, cut down as needed. I used a couple of sprigs from the Thoughtful Whishes dies and stamped the splatter in stamped-off Blackberry Bliss then added the Adhesive Backed Pearl Trio in different colors to match the layout. I love how this scrapbook layout turned out and get so excited when I am able to celebrate good friend memories in a permanent way. The 2nd page can be found below in the gallery.
