Ornate Thanks & Beautifully Penned DSP

What oh what to do with all that free Sale-a-bration Beautifully Penned DSP… why make a load of thank you cards!! I had not had a chance to really get to use the Ornate Thanks stamp set that I purchased in 2020 (um yes, that long ago), so finally got it down when I decided I needed to use a large amount of that pretty Beautifully Penned DSP.

So many ways to say Thank You!

Silly, I know, but I used the Artistry Bloom Adhesive-backed Sequins as inspiration for my colors (Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Mango Melody, and Rich Razzleberry). I used both Basic Black and the coordinating CS for the card base, then layered with either Basic Black or the coordinating color layer (4-1/8”x5-3/8”, and added a 4”x5-1/4” layer of the Beautifully Penned DSP. The paper is so pretty, I decided it did not need to be colored, and since I was making 24 cards, my decision made the card production easier.

My verses were stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Basic White (4”x1-1/4”), with a layer of coordinated CS (4”x1-3/8”), then added a few coordinated Artistry Blooms Adhesive-backed Sequins for a touch of pretty bling.

I decided to package them up for gifts and used the Acetate Boxes sold by Stampin’ Up! and created a pretty belly band to wrap around the acetate box.
