Winter Magic with the Snow Days Scrapbooking Workshop Kit

Hello, creative friends! For this week’s Scrapbooking & Scripture Facebook Live, I shared two enchanting scrapbook layouts I created using the **Snow Days Scrapbooking Workshop Kit**, the **Snow Day stamp set**, and the beautiful **Snowy Scenes 12x12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)**. These projects capture the joy of winter memories with whimsical patterns, frosty colors, and playful designs.

I love that the kit gives such clear instructions for well designed layouts for even the first time scrapbooker. However, if you are the avid creator, you can do anything you want with the fun DSP and stickers as well!

**Snow Day Memories**

For this sweet layout, I used the 12-page colored tutorial from the kit with the exception of adding the stamped “**Snow Day**” from the **Snow Day** stamp set. I also adjusted the layout according to my photo sizes and added the adorable **Pool Party Pom Pom Ribbon** to both left and right layout! So cute! Be sure to take the time to add the **Pool Party ink** with your **Blending Brush** for that extra special touch to your layout background.

**Magical Wonderland**

The second layout brings a whimsical storybook vibe with snowy hills, tiny winter cottages, and snowman elements. I CASE’d (Copy And Selectively Edit) an amazing page to create this avid-crafter scrapbook page. I loved how fun the snowy layers looked! The layering of **Snowy Scenes 12x12 DSP** and fussy-cut embellishments creates a magical winter wonderland scene. I added sparkle with **White Glimmer Specialty Paper (163769)** and focused on highlighting my photos with angled frames for a playful, dynamic composition.

In between each layer of DSP and **White Glimmer Paper** is the **Pool Party Pom Pom Ribbon**, cut in half and adhered to the back of the DSP! It looks just like sweet little snow balls!!

I started with strips of paper in 2”x9” or 4”x9” strips and fussy cut out some snow hillsides, layering each with the **Pom Pom Ribbon** and **White Glimmer Paper** until I had a 9”x9” square. I then took a 9-1/4”x9-1/4” piece of the **Garden Green Two-Toned Cardstock** as a frame and then placed it on a **White Willow** base. I loved adding the title and sentiment with the **Snow Day** stamp set. I fussy cut out trees, snowman and snowflakes from the DSP. So fun!!
