It’s that time again for prepping for my next class and I used the FREE Sale-a-bration Tree Lot Dies to make this goody holder for my upcoming class attendees and show them how versatile they are, and AMAZING of course!

I love giving May Day posies to my friends and neighbors, but my roses bloomed early this year so didn’t have a chance. But paper posies can be just as sweet and last much longer, though do not nearly smell as sweet.

I have always loved vintage prints (anything vintage really), roses, foliage and enjoy creating something new with a vintage look. How sweet is this little cup I provided to my May stamp class attendees! I put a Lindt chocolate in each one and each cup was placed on the table at their work station.

I got a sweet surprise in the Sending Smiles Bundle… It not only had a cheerful set of flowers, but also has a little lavender bud as well. Lavender is one of my favorite perennials and is a lovely yet hardy flower my garden bees love, even in our drought stricken SoCal climate.

For those of you who have been reading my ramblings over the last nearly two years, you know I LOVE my garden. I was privileged to gain a certified Wildlife Refuge for birds, butterflies and bees when we purchased our home. Along with my garden is a penchant for birdhouses, so when I saw Garden Birdhouses form Stampin’ Up!, I knew it would be a fun one to play with.
